Research on civil legal aid messaging, 2017 (Soundcloud audio)

This is a Soundcloud audio recording of respected pollster Celinda Lake and cognitive linguist Anat Shenker-Osario presenting their findings on messaging on civil legal aid. The audio is 1 hour and 46 minutes (1:45:47). It was presented at the National Legal Aid Communications & Media Training in Washington DC, July 19, 2017. The findings and advice are timeless and relevant today.

The 2017 round of research comprise responses from 800 likely November 2018 voters (i.e., engaged citizens), plus 278 “activists” – advocates and supporters of civil legal aid.
