Katara’s advocacy focuses on low-income, at-risk, and homeless children and youth. She is a former Equal Justice Works Fellow with CLS. She currently serves on the board of Seattle Education Access, an organization dedicated to providing higher education advocacy and opportunity to young people struggling to overcome poverty and adversity.
