Prior to coming to Community Legal Services, Mr. Brooks worked for Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania (LASP) (link is external) in Delaware County. At LASP he was the public benefits coordinator for the four county legal aid program. Mr. Brooks primary area of practice was state and federal benefits.
During law school Mr. Brooks worked at the Homeless Advocacy Project, where he was an Equal Justice America fellow (link is external). He also worked at the Legal Clinic for the Disabled and at the Temple Legal Aid Office.
