Heather represents clients with debt collection matters, claims of unfair and deceptive acts and practices, foreclosure prevention and credit reporting issues. Heather has provided training to judges in the Civil Division of the District of Columbia Superior Court regarding the significance of purchased debt in debt collection cases.
She is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and was recently elected to serve on the Steering Committee for the District of Columbia Bar Association’s Antitrust and Consumer Law Section.
