Having worked hard to bring more CBAs to Baltimore over the past several years and having provided legal counsel to community organizations negotiating several of these agreements, we see the urgent need and desire for more equitable development in Baltimore.
Communities deserve to be a part of the development process in a more meaningful way than simply providing testimony at public hearings. Communities should be a part of constructive conversations with the developers attempting to build in their neighborhoods.
