75-year-old immigrant lives off nearly nothing, still pursues GED to help others

The situation is less dire now, thanks to Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee, which stepped in to fight for Chovil when a social security snafu wrongly reduced his monthly payment and left him struggling.
