DETAILS

We are able to take the types of cases that private attorneys cannot take, helping the vast numbers of individuals forced to represent themselves in court. Without equal access to justice, democracy cannot be upheld. CLSMF is well supported by, and thankful to, the legal community. Volunteer lawyers assisting clients pro bono do so without charging a fee. In Volusia and Flagler alone, attorneys committed over 500 hours to assisting the most vulnerable among us in 2016.
