DETAILS
Some of the clients Adams has worked for have been in horrifying situations. She had a client with such a bad rat infestation, rodents had eaten through the bottom of a baby’s crib and the family had to sleep in the living room to avoid getting bitten. Another client in a landlord dispute got locked out of his house with all of his belongings inside.
Sometimes, Adams finds herself going far beyond what most lawyers would do to help a client. Rashaed Fairley moved into an apartment in Hoffman Triangle with no appliances. Adams found a fridge on Craigslist and convinced the owner to give it to Fairley for free.
