As someone who has experienced the opportunity and positive impact the PSLF program creates first-hand, I can tell you eliminating the program would hurt the most vulnerable Tennesseans. We should work to expand access to public service professions, not restrict it.

We’ve helped make Tennessee a leader in using technology to make civil legal aid more accessible. For example, the Legal Wellness Checkup app I created is being adopted as a national model for preventive law and the delivery of legal resources. Innovative, data-driven, and user-friendly resources, like this app represent the future of civil legal aid for the everyday consumer.
