Marissa O’Connor, a staff attorney for Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida, said her agency will provide pro bono civil legal services. The Orange County Clerk of Courts will address overdue fines and fees, the Department of Revenue will address child support arrears, the Public Defender’s Office and the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court will address criminal issues, and the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles will be on site to issue new licenses to those who are eligible.
