DETAILS
The dispute over who owns the property has been complex and long-running. Florida-based Bayview Loan Servicing LLC initiated mortgage foreclosure proceedings against the then-owner of Valmar, Philadelphia-based Good Home LLC in June 2011.
“Throughout the past seven and a half years, and continuing through this date, the Defendants have remained embroiled in a contentious legal dispute concerning title to Valmar Gardens, and the foregoing foreclosure action remains pending,” the court filing states.
