Chief Justice Nathan Hecht of the Supreme Court of Texas, and Justices Jess Dickinson of Mississippi, Janice Holder of Tennessee, and Carol Hunstein of Georgia discussed the growing problem of unrepresented litigants at a panel moderated by LSC President James J. Sandman.

All four justices addressed the alarming spike in numbers of litigants without lawyers and its impact on the court-system.
